Ingredients
- 1 c. tablespoons unsalted margarine
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken broth without salt
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked, minced
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 c. tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt the margarine over medium heat.Step 2
Add mushrooms and green pepper. Put it until become tender, about 5 minutes.Step 3
Add flour and cook, stirring continuously for 1 minute.Step 4
Add broth and milk, stirring constantly.Step 5
Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.Step 7
Still stirring, add the chilli and parsley
